Together, our founders possess over ninety years of results-driven leadership expertise in three highly demanding professions: U.S. Navy SEALs, professional sports, and executive business. Andrew Pence is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Captain and PhD candidate (2024) in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. Jim Brogan is a former professional basketball player (NBA) turned neurological performance analyst and leadership coach. Dave Hubinger is a former president of a multi-billion-dollar division at Nestlé and holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego.
