Together, our founders possess over ninety years of results-driven leadership expertise in three highly demanding professions: U.S. Navy SEALs, professional sports, and executive business. Andrew Pence is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Captain and PhD candidate (2024) in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. Jim Brogan is a former professional basketball player (NBA) turned neurological performance analyst and leadership coach. Dave Hubinger is a former president of a multi-billion-dollar division at Nestlé and holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. We get to know our clients by first conducting a comprehensive assessment to identify their needs and goals. Following the assessment, we develop a customized leadership development plan in collaboration with the client. Once the plan is finalized, we begin implementation in person until completion. Our development plans are flexible in duration and may involve a single event or an iterative process lasting weeks or months.
